Blur is definitely one of the best games to kill time and have fun alone or with your friends.
So, you want to play Blur with your friends but your controllers are broken or you just don’t have enough controllers. This tutorial will show you How To Play Blur 4 Players With Keyboard and 2 Gamepads Controllers.
Tools you'll need (download links at the bottom):
x360ce
Open x360ce and go to "Options". Set "Hook Mode" to "Normal" and just check everything except "Debug Mode", "Enable Logging", "Enable Console".
If you are using newer version of x360ce follow this (but I recommend using the version in the link below):
Open x360ce. Go to "Options" and check
"Enable XInput"
"Enable combining"
"Use Init Beep"
"Only allow one copy of Application at a time"
And uncheck "Debug Mode".
Next go to "Game Settings",
Add your game if it's not already on the list, select it and check all 32bit versions of the XInput files: v9.1, v1.1, v1.2, v1.3, v1.4.

Now open the x360ce.ini file and find “Mappings”. Cut the PAD1 and PAD2 values and paste them on PAD3 and PAD4.

Save the file and close it.
Run the game. At the Main Menu, when it asks to press “Start”. Use the keyboard, Press “Enter”.
This is important, do not use the controller here, just the Keyboard.
